This biodegradable bamboo toothbrush has soft bristles that are infused with natural activated charcoal, which has antiviral and antibacterial properties. The charcoal bristles deodorize your mouth and are known to absorb chemicals found in tap water, such as chlorine! The bristles are not biodegradable, but are made with Dupont technology that is made from 67% renewable sourced raw material.
These toothbrushes are from BKind, a company in Quebec, Canada.
Bamboo is super solid and resistant, lightweight and naturally antibacterial. It is a sustainable option because it regrows easily after harvest, even in damaged and poor soils! To top it all off, bamboo is biodegradable, so does not need to go in the garbage when you're done with it.
After about 3 months of use, here’s how to dispose of your old toothbrush:

The only packaging used is a little Kraft paper envelope which is 100% recyclable or compostable as well.
